Return & Exchange Policy


In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for in-person purchases.


Online Orders

Returns

We do not offer refunds to your card or cash.

For online orders, you may receive:

  • Store credit OR
  • An exchange

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be new, unused, and in original condition
  • Items will be inspected before approval
  • Sale items are final sale (no exchanges or store credit)

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card (no expiration date).

Exchanges

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange
  • Only one exchange per order
  • Exchanges depend on item availability and are not guaranteed

Shipping:

  • Customer pays for all shipping costs (return + new item)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Email us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for:

  • item selection
  • correct size
  • correct shipping address

We are not responsible for errors made at checkout. If you made an error, please contact us via strongarmhawaiians@gmail.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.


Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock:

  • You may be refunded or
  • You may be notified of a delay in fulfillment if a restock is expected

We will contact you via email if this happens.


Shipping

  • Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days
  • Delays may happen—we will notify you by email
  • Orders may ship in multiple packages
  • Oversized items (umbrellas, ʻeke holoholo, straw hats) are excluded from free shipping.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is in USPS, UPS, or FedEx possession, we are not responsible for the package.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • You must pay for reshipping


Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed and ruled in our favor, we reserve the right to recover any associated fees.


Discounts

  • Only one discount code may be used per order


Retail Purchases

If you bought our product from another store, please follow that store’s return policy.
